Jonas Voss is a serial entrepreneur in the battery automotive sector. Founder of Abtery - Advanced Drive Systems, Sarvo-Marine eBoats, Classic Electric Cars and Voss Electric Car Technology. He has also been Director of EV Propulsion systems at Koenigsegg Automotive AB. Jonas contribute to the Advisory Board with his experience in the battery industry.
Managing Director, Jens-Ole Klitgaard, has previously established the Danish subsidiary of 4finance in 2012. Today 4finance serve +150k Danish customers through products vivus.dk and zaplo.dk and consist of more than 40 employees. Jens-Ole contribute to the Advisory Board with his experience in scaling organisations from 1 to 40.
Mads Laursen has close to 10 years of experience as legal practitioner at Kromann Reumert working primarily with mergers and acquisitions (M&A), company and commercial law, PE funds, venture capital and start-ups. Mads contributes to the Advisory Board with his experience in corporate law and shareholder matters but also provides guidance on the legal implications of commercial and strategic decisions.
Lars Christensen has worked in the energy industry for a decade prior to joining ATP to focus on investing in energy projects, having worked at Ørsted within the fields of strategy, M&A, joint ventures and major investment decisions. Martin Diernisse is a former management consultant with experience in venture capital and clean-tech, having previously managed a portfolio of maritime clean-tech investments. Formerly, Martin worked at the stock-listed logistics company NTG Nordic Transport Group, responsible for M&A, strategy and investor relations. In 2020 Martin became the CFO at Hobbii. Martin contributes to the Advisory Board with his experience in the transportation industry and developing venture-stage companies.
Peter Nielsen is an experienced business development manager specialized in sales and marketing of professional engineering services. Jesper Krogdahl has many years of experience in setting up and running entrepreneurial businesses as well as attracting capital. He is co-founded Lithium Balance a developer of battery management systems and energy storage systems, and has for the past 15 years worked in the energy industry, first as CEO of Zense Technology A/S and currently as Nordic director of digitalSTROM AG. He has previously worked as director of several large companies, including Sales and Marketing Director of Siemens Business Service A/S and CEO of the technology company Lumasense Technology A/S. Jesper Krogdahl is an economist in education and has worked with technology-heavy companies throughout his professional career.
