Who are we?

Hybrid Greentech inspires organisations to be green pioneers and invest in energy storage so we together can reach 100% renewable energy. We and our customers are in an emerging renewable market that will face 30 fold growth over the coming years.


Hybrid Greentech is a 3-year old company entering the scale-up phase, developing an AI-driven software ecosystem for sizing and real-time optimisation of energy storage, and Power to X solutions in energy markets. We are a team of 10 people with strong domain knowledge in renewable energy, energy storage, machine learning, and AI who want to revolutionise energy storage, grid-scale battery systems, and Power to X flexibility in energy and power markets. Your job will be to pursue and manage new business, helping us to shape the future of the organisation from a technical and commercial perspective as we set ourselves up for rapid growth the coming years.

Can you accelerate growth in an AI-driven start-up?

  • Develop go to market and marketing strategies, and building up sales channels

  • Interest in managing all parts of client relationships, from outbound messaging to contract negotiations, pricing, and customer success

  • Create strong collaborations with our strategic business partners

  • Ability to build long-term international relationships and navigate large and complex organisations

  • Be a part of the management team

  • Manage a building competent sales, marketing and commercial project team

  • Work closely with the analytics team and leverage our unique IP protected data platform to establish a data-driven, value-focused project and business development workflow that maximizes conversion rates from product development to market deployment opportunities

  • Help establish best CRM practices and tools in a MS Dynamics 365 Sales environment

  • Thrive in a well defined company culture with serious sense of humor

Do you have the following skills?

  • Have a degree in Engineering, IT, International Business or similar

  • 5+ years of professional experience in a business development leadership role in IT or energy industries

  • Proven track record of delivering strong commercial pipelines, meeting revenue targets for innovative and complex software solutions

  • The ability to motivate and inspire customers and colleagues in a complex technical environment

  • Experience with SaaS and cloud-based services

  • Knowledge of the electric power industry, with a special focus on European power markets

  • Professional networks in Utilities, IPPs, project developers, and institutional investors is a plus

  • Danish and English fluently in written and spoken. German is a plus


  • Office location in Roskilde with 50+ traveling days

  • Salary package according to qualifications and results
