Executive Assistant for the CEO of a leading advisory and software company within energy storage
We are looking for an Executive Assistant, who is eager to join our team to be a supportive force. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention for details. This person should have experience working in an office environment, performing administrative duties, and providing support to managers.
This role will coordinate and manage executive scheduling, prepare and organise materials and plans and provide administrative and operational support to the CEO.

Based in our Høje Taastrup office very close to the train station, you will join our team with mixed nationalities and seniorities. Situated in our Administration function you will work closely with the People & Development Manager and the Finance Manager.
The dynamic nature of this role requires that the ideal candidate have exemplary time management skills and the ability to identify and anticipate the CEO’s needs. The role must interact seamlessly and with a professional demeanour across a broad range of individuals including members of the Management Team, Board of Directors and colleagues. To perform this job successfully, the individual is expected to handle highly sensitive and confidential financial, legal, personnel and institutional information while exercising professionalism and discretion.
The Executive Assistant reports to the CEO at Hybrid Greentech.
More specifically, your areas of responsibility will be:

Work directly with the CEO to support all aspects of his daily work routine

Maintain the CEO’s mailbox (sorting and triaging) and calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, speaking engagements, and travel (may include domestic and international) arrangements

Serve as a liaison for the CEO. This includes receiving and screening the CEO’s phone calls and visitors, answering a variety of questions with tact and diplomacy, taking messages, and directing calls appropriately for resolution

Assist the CEO in the development of presentations and white papers

Keep the CEO advised of time-sensitive and priority issues, ensuring appropriate follow-up

Routinely perform a wide variety of support duties

Prepare, reconcile, and submit expense reports

Maintain electronic filing systems

Attend meetings and take notes of discussion; prepare the initial draft of minutes and summaries

Other additional and/or alternative duties as assigned from time to time, including supporting other departments or Executives as needed
What you bring and your qualities
A great candidate will have some combination of the following qualities and experiences:

Three to five years’ prior experience in supporting a senior executive or team

Excellent computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)

Excellent writing, editing, verbal communication and proofreading skills

Excellent organization and time-management skills
-
Danish and English fluently in written and spoken

Ability to pay attention to detail

Ability to multitask

Interpersonal skills
