Head of Sales – Aggregated Flexibility Services
We are looking for a Head of Sales – Aggregated Flexibility Services to lead the commercial strategy and execution for our flexibility services portfolio across the EV and distributed energy ecosystem.
About Hybrid Greentech
Hybrid Greentech helps Battery Energy Storage Systems and flexible assets perform across their full lifecycle, from project readiness to real-time multi-market trading. We are a vertically integrated VPP, BRP and retailer. We combine analytics, EPC management, asset integration and automated trading to turn flexibility into reliable value for the grid and for asset owners. We are a diverse, international team of 30+ based in Høje Taastrup, building technology that makes 100% renewable energy workable in practice.
This role scales EV flexibility into a commercial product that wins in the market. You will own the strategy and partnerships that bring EV charging and other DER flexibility into multi-market participation – creating value for asset owners, customers, and the grid.
The role
We are looking for a Head of Sales – Aggregated Flexibility Services to lead the commercial strategy and execution for our flexibility services portfolio across the EV and distributed energy ecosystem.
You will drive growth through strategic partnerships and key account management, translating technical capability into clear market propositions and scalable commercial agreements.
What you will do

Identify and secure B2B deals with utilities, EV charging networks, CPOs, fleet owners, and OEMs.

Define, structure, and negotiate commercial agreements, flexibility contracts, and value-stacking propositions.

Drive strategic partnerships with utilities, DSOs/TSOs, CPOs, fleet operators, and ecosystem partners across Europe.

Collaborate with product and technical teams to align commercial offerings with platform capabilities and market needs.

Build and scale B2B sales processes to support growth across EV charging infrastructure and other DER assets.

Represent Hybrid Greentech at key industry events, conferences, and policy discussions across Europe related to aggregated flexibility.
What you bring
Experience and skills
-
At least 3–5 years of experience in energy markets, smart grid, flexibility, or EV charging solutions sales.

Experience with energy trading or origination and the commercial mechanics of power markets.

Strong understanding of demand response, flexibility markets, and VPP business models.

Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust and close complex partnerships.

Analytical and commercial mindset with the ability to translate complex technical products into clear propositions and deals.

English language
Nice to have

Deep network across EV ecosystem players, utilities, DSOs/TSOs, energy retailers, and relevant advisors/partners.

Demonstrated ability to scale B2B sales processes in a growth environment.

Danish or another Nordic language (plus).
