This Cookie Policy explains how Hybrid Greentech Energy Intelligence ApS (“Hybrid Greentech”, “we”) uses cookies and similar technologies on this website. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle personal data more generally.
The short version
We keep this website deliberately light. We do not run advertising cookies, we do not build profiles of our visitors, and we do not sell or share browsing data. The only cookies and similar technologies in use are those needed to deliver the site securely and to protect our forms from abuse.
What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your computer, tablet or phone. Cookies let a site remember things between pages or visits, such as whether a form has already been submitted. Some are deleted when you close your browser (session cookies); others stay for a set period (persistent cookies).
Similar technologies, such as your browser's local storage, do a comparable job. When we say “cookies” in this policy we mean all of these.
The cookies we use
Strictly necessary
These are required for the website to work and to keep it secure. Because the site cannot function properly without them, they do not require your consent and cannot be switched off from our side.
Hosting and delivery. The site is hosted on Webflow, which may set technical cookies to route traffic, balance load and protect the service.
Form protection. Our contact and newsletter forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may set a short-lived cookie or use browser storage to tell genuine visitors from automated abuse. It is not used for advertising.
Analytics
We do not currently set analytics cookies. Where we measure visits, we do so in aggregate and with IP addresses anonymised, limited to country and device category and with no unique visitor ID, as described in our Privacy Policy. If that changes, we will update this policy and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent first.
Marketing
None. We do not use advertising, retargeting or social media tracking cookies.
Third-party services
Some parts of this website are delivered by other companies. When your browser fetches those files, the provider receives the technical information that comes with any web request, such as your IP address and browser type. We use these services to deliver files, not to track you.
Webflow, which hosts the site and serves its images, styles and scripts.
Google Fonts and Google Hosted Libraries, which serve our typefaces and the script that loads them.
jsDelivr, which serves the open-source libraries behind the site's animations and smooth scrolling.
Cloudflare, which provides the Turnstile form protection described above.
The site also links to external services such as LinkedIn, Jobindex and Google Maps. These are ordinary links: nothing from those services is loaded until you choose to follow one, and from that point their own cookie and privacy policies apply.
How to control cookies
You can view, block and delete cookies in your browser settings, and most browsers let you do this site by site. Your browser's help pages explain how. If you block strictly necessary cookies, some parts of this website, in particular the forms, may stop working.
Changes to this policy
We will update this policy whenever the cookies or services we use change. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last revised. If we ever introduce cookies that require consent, we will ask for it before they are set.
