Energy Systems and Storage Consultant with strong analytical skills

Hybrid Greentech inspires organisations to be green pioneers and invest in electrical energy storage so that together we can reach 100% renewable energy. We and our customers are in an emerging renewable market that will face 30-fold growth over the coming years.

The company was founded in 2018 and by using the latest research and industry knowledge, to develop a fully integrated data-driven AI software ecosystem for energy storage and Power to X. A strong domain knowledge in renewable energy, energy storage, machine learning and AI has earned us international recognition, as we collectively strive to revolutionise the use of grid connected battery systems, EV’s, Power to X and heat pump flexibility in energy and power markets. Based on our software tools, we advise our clients in their investment decisions and operational strategies to increase revenue and performance of their storage assets. We are an international team of 24+ people dedicated to do our bit on digitalization and decentralization to make the green transition efficient and profitable.

Can you support our clients in their energy storage projects?

Based in our Høje Taastrup office, you will become a vital member of our diverse and international team. Working closely with our software engineers and other domain experts, you will play a key role in providing guidance for our client projects. Your responsibilities will involve analyses, scoping, planning and executing activities and deliverables, fostering a collaborative environment within our projects.

You will report to the Chief Operating Officer.

More specifically, your areas of responsibility and tasks will include:

• Perform advanced analyses for our clients, combining our in-house tools with a solid understanding of the specific needs of the client

• Developing scopes and presenting results to our customers

• Project management, including work breakdown, quality and risk management

• Coordinate with team members from all functional areas and other contributors

• Establish and facilitate collaboration with external development partners, from industry as well as research institutions

• Incorporate new methodologies from R&D projects and address client needs identified in commercial projects within our software platform

• Follow up on costs, timelines, deliverables and resources

• Development of high-quality presentation and report materials for our clients

• Align with Hybrid Greentech management team to ensure maximal strategic value of the projects

• Contribute to the constant improvements on project models and practices

Depending on your interest and expertise, you may also participate in commercial events, trade fairs, industrial networks, programs, etc. with aimed at enhancing Hybrid Greentech’s visibility and brand. This involvement aims to generate additional opportunity leads and foster value-adding partnerships

What we imagine that you will bring:

• You have previous 2-5 years of experience in the energy systems or energy storage field

• You possess a results-driven mindset and have the ability to motivate and inspire both our clients and colleagues within a complex technical environment

• You demonstrate a strong service-oriented approach, an eagerness to learn, and willingness to bridge any gaps to successfully complete the task at hand

• You have a degree within engineering or other technical background

• You know a range of relevant software tools, such as SQL and Python. You have some experience with project management or working for a consultancy

• You keep your stakeholders in mind and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, developed through collaborative projects with several partners 

• You are fluent in English, written and spoken

• You are an independent user of spoken Danish and can handle simpler written communication in Danish

• Knowledge of the electric power sector, and an interest in the European power markets is desirable

• Experience with SaaS, cloud-based services, data sharing models, either from an expert or a project manager role, is desirable

• A Danish, Scandinavian or EU based network in Utilities, TSO/DSO, IPPs, regulators, academic sector and other relevant stakeholders will be a plus

Terms

Office location in Høje Taastrup with approximately 20 travelling days per year.
Salary package according to qualifications and results.
